Client - Learig (Cambridge) Ltd & Ninja Theory Ltd

Purpose built office building for a leading video game developer based in Cambridge. The design includes a bespoke motion capture studio, green rooms, office workspace and an external first floor terrace. As part of the development a new community pub is to be provided.

The site is located within the conservation area and in a prominent position on one of the arterial routes into the city.
