The brief was to adapt and extend an existing Edwardian period house to create an impressive family home and a living arrangement that is more suitable for a modern family. This includes a full refurbishment of the existing house, an attic conversion and a two storey extension. Planning permission was granted in October 2020 and construction started in March 2022. Target for completion is early 2023.
