Development of a new format 12 screen multiplex Cineworld, 12 restaurants, 3 active leisure units and an 80 bed hotel, all formed around a high quality landscaped piazza.

The development will also deliver a 750 space multi-storey car park.

The primary vision of the proposal was to create a ‘gateway’ destination in response to the wider masterplan aspirations of the CBC. This is reflective of it's location adjacent to the A12 on one of the key arterial routes into Colchester.
