Turnstone Estates appointed CMC Architects for this major leisure complex in Cambridge. Situated on the edge of the city, the site has a high public profile. It required the highest level of professional design management, in order to satisfy the ambitions and environmental concerns of the local authority, and work within the client’s commercial constraints.

The development provides the facilities of a 9 screen multiplex cinema, 28 lane bowling alley, health & fitness club, restaurants and children’s play area. A 120-bed Hotel and 40 luxury flats are also situated within the site. Parking is provided in a multi storey car park.
