Student accommodation delivering 154 rooms with a mixture of cluster flats and self-contained studios. The primary focus of the scheme is the quality of living environment for the students, with communal areas and landscaped amenity designed to encourage social interaction and a sense of community.

The site is located in a prominent position on one of the major routes into Cambridge, therefore a robust and high quality design response was required to meet the aspirations of Cambridge City Council.
