Located on the edge of Chelmsford, the Army & Navy site is regarded as one of the most important developments for the city.

The development includes an 80-room hotel, 12 high-quality luxury flats and a total of 23,500 sq ft retail space. The design of the project does not only try to respect the existing context and history of the site, but also enhances the townscape quality of the area.
