No. 1 Cambridge Place is a four-storey mixed use project in Cambridge. It is located on a tight, back of pavement site on Hills Road, which forms a major route from the railway station into the historic city centre. The project is made up of a retail space at ground floor with 10no. one and two bed private residential flats above (spread over three storeys). Materially the scheme includes a combination of different brickwork, bonds and detailing to the main form, with a setback zinc mansard roof to the top floor.
